- Discuss how to work with Membership Committee:
a) Set up event for new members at Annual Conference
b) Work with Colleges and Tech Schools to set up student seminars
c) Sponsoring a social event in conjunction with a MEESE event
d) Membership videos and marketing materials available through the membership committee. (Todd Butz)

- Thank you for setting up the facility tour!
3. Public Affairs (John Chlebeck)
- Status of Water Poster competition – Complete, Great job!
- Discuss how to promote and hold our first WOW competition.
4. Fresh Ideas (Brad Forester)
- Re-cap of the Fresh ideas presentations at ACE (Todd Butz)
- Promotion of the event (timing, target audience and how)
5. Tournament (Doug Klamerus)
- Format will be the same as last year.
- YPC will make cheat sheets available for first time players.
