1. New Members Introductions/Recruitment

Districts – would like to recruit a person from each district to participate in the ITC or a least provide feedback/utilize the website.

· These are the members that volunteered to join the Committee:

Dave Schuler, City of St. Paul

Chris Kleist, City of Duluth

Bill Spain, MN AWWA Chairperson, Honorary Member

Councils/Committee Chairs – will actively pursue a representative from MAC and Public Affairs to participate in the website continued development and/or request feedback.

2. Website Update/Review/Submittals/Request Template/Quarterly Reminders

· Will request photos from the conference to post on the website.

· Quarterly reminders/requests will be send to Council/Committee Chairs.

3. 2009 Budget Review

Budget is available on-line, similar to 2008 budget.

4. 2009 Goals

· Online registration for the Annual Conference Tuesday Activities.

· Attend a MAC & Public Affairs committee meeting.

· Send quarterly reminders to councils/committees/districts.

· Increase website use/more interactive material.

5. 2008 Annual Conference

· Paperless registration/did not mail the agendas!

· Information Technology Track Thursday September 25, 2008 .

· 2009 Annual Conference.
