Administrative & Policy Council Overview

Purpose

The Administrative Council shall be responsible for the overview of broad aspects of the section’s activities, particularly related to organization, finances, administration, and all matters other than technical and training.

Action Items/Tasks

• Oversee section’s Strategic Plan Goal and Objective 4: Optimize organizational structure and administrative practices.
• Facilitate an Annual Leadership Retreat for the Board of Governors
• Review and update organization documents with a focus on “Governance Structure.”
• Improve technology usage for services/products delivery and facilitate efficient volunteer involvement
• Contine to promote the organizing and recognition of volunteers for section and association involvement.
